Beerly Funny Comedy Magician Night

Victory Lanes and Wobbly Butt Taproom & Eatery are thrilled to partner with Beerly Funny to host a special evening of stand-up comedy! Join us for laughs on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Showtime is 7:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person. The show rating is Adult PG-13.

HEADLINER: DANNY WHITSON Danny Whitson is a professional Magician and Stand-up Comedian from Oak Ridge, TN with a passion for magic, comedy, and meeting new faces with every show.

For the past 15 years Danny has been entertaining people with cards, coins, ropes, and anything else he can make disappear or crack a joke about. He has entertained all over the South East at comedy clubs, festivals, fairs, and corporate events with a nice balance of stand-up comedy about everyday life and silly but mind-blowing tricks.

Danny has performed with Kevin McDonald from the sketch comedy show Kids in the Hall and has opened for Dr. Bill Bass's Body Farm lectures. He has also performed for companies such as Bush's Brothers, Waste Connections, and AllMeds. He has been featured on traffic jams and jokes, Mental Floss, the Chive, Blank News magazine as Knoxville's Magician, and in 2015 Danny helped break the Guinness world record for the longest running stand-up comedy show.

FEATURE: JAS GILL Jas Gill is a comedian based out of Greenville, SC. To keep the lights on she works with special needs children,which keep her on her feet all while reminding her “To keep moving Forward." Her perspective on life as a single female who is just trying to get her bills paid will tickle your fancy. Jas truly feels as if she has a gift to make people happy and she just wants the opportunity to share it with the World.

HOST & SHOW PRODUCER: LAUREN ANSLEY Based in Charlotte, NC, Lauren Ansley is a stand-up comedian, emcee/show host, show producer, and founder of Beerly Funny. She has been a featured performer in several comedy festivals throughout the Carolinas, named one of the comedians to know by Charlotte Five and was featured in The Charlotte Observer. Her passion to make others laugh and slight southern accent are only overshadowed by her infectious smile and abnormal height of 5’13”.
